How do I know it will work for you?

For starters, it worked for me. I struggled with my weight for a very long time. I grew up with a very poor concept of health and what it takes to be healthy. My dad brought a 2 liter bottle of soda to work with him everyday! I grew up on Hot dogs and pizza. No one in my family exercised, so when I was on my own, do you think I had the right mindset on how to be healthy? Not even a little bit. Sure I read things but I never made them part of my life because they were not part of my belief system. My understanding of weight was just a number on a scale.

What is the difference between fat weight and muscle weight? 

I thought as long as I was losing weight, it all had to be good. I was F***king Wrong! When I started working with Jefferson, I realized a lot. I mastered the mental thought process of changing my beliefs, but I had no way of making a practical understanding of it. I have attached a picture of my last weeks progress, you can see my weight barely moved, but my Fat percentage went way down and my muscle percentage went up. As I was working out, I was replacing Fat with Muscle (with the very simple.... and when I say simple I mean about 5-10 minutes a day of exercising).

I still remember the day when my brother saw me and was like you look like you lost 20 pounds... and I replied with I wish! it only 3 pounds. It turns out I lost 15 pounds of fat but gained 12 pounds of muscle in one week. So yes I did look slimmer and felt healthier than I did in a long time (which motivated me to keep going).

I was not blessed with amazing genes. I did not receive the right education as a child to eat and exercise regularly. No, I did not have confidence in myself that I could do it. I trusted in the process that Jefferson and I have laid out for you and as long as you meet the following conditions, it will work for you too.
